Mt103 needed to withdraw my payment

Hello, I need help. I withdrew the amount and I got mail from upwork after 3 days that my transaction is successful but I didn't receive any money in my bank account. I called the bank and they are asking for MT103 I don't even know what that is. I used to withdraw using PayPal before it was doing well but now I'm stuck and I do no how to proceed forward. I need Mt103 please help me on how to get it.
