i tried to purchase connects but i always get "Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment" that's why tried again for multiple times and finally was able to purchased. But upon checking, multiple amount were deducted from my card although the only connects that i got was with the last transaction. Need help with the refund for the deducted amounts.
