My Account Suspended

Hey Upwork Family, 

I did verify my account some two months ago. However, last week, my account was suspended again with information that I should resend the documents. What does not please me is that I have to resend this docs again and again. Does this happen to everyone else? Am I the only one being asked to resubmit this? Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks
