My Account is bugged

My account and many among I know has the same problem. I'll be stating here the problems and I'm hoping someone could help us here.

 

Many among here may look assuming and part of the system, We are aware of that, we are hoping you'll consider giving a proper response than a blindly-hopeful-workaround

 

* BUG: Username can't be searched. https://www.odesk.com/contractors/?nbs=1&g=&q=kerrubenramos

* Job applications doesn't reach the client. Not on hidden, shortlisted, messaged. Nowhere even after invited. Could provide screenshots if necessary

 

I could elaborate further, I'm hoping someone technical enough to discuss it here.

 

We are aware of the newly implemented ranking system. Yet we're here to voice out that the new system is somehow flawed. 

 

Biggest flaw, by design: If you fall down the rank, you have no chance to recover.

 

Hoping for sincere consideration from oDesk engineers
