My Account limited

but still no response from in that link and also it display CASE Closed.
I have sent so many request for this case but still i did not get any proper response from support team. Still my account is limited, but what i do for to unlimit my account. please help me to resolve this issue. I need to withdraw my money from upwork. but i did not get proper response from support team. Please do the needful. I have attached the source code deliver screen shot(Deliver.png).

I tried sending the $1 as requested (as a bonus) but still didnt unblock it...

Please, reply to this support ticket if you agree to be charged $1 as a test. You don't need to issue a bonus. The team will initiate a test charge for you.
