My Agency Plus profile is not showing in search results

Hello

I am unable to find my Agency through the search. Tried as logged in user and not.

Also some users claims me, that they were unable to go through the direct link to my Agency.

Just tried to open my Agency through the link and get this error: "This agency profile is either private or not available."

I'm sorry to hear that. I just checked your account and I could see all the profile visibility of the members of your Agency are set to private. Would you like me to assist you in setting them back to public? Thank you.

In Agency Roster i set "Rate Privacy" to Private, but "Profile Privacy" to Upwork Users ..

Hi Denis,

I’ve reset your profile visibility back to public. Just so that you are aware, freelancers with no earnings in 30 days will have their profile set to private (locked) automatically. To avoid this, you can resume earnings on a new contract or upgrade your membership to the Plus plan. You can check out more info about this here.
