My Agency membership fees is taken but connects not received why ? Please check into my accout and let me  know why this happens

Because agency memberships no longer include any connects, you have to buy them now, as has been announced months ago.

But i have a paid agency membershio plan in which i recived 80 connects

Not anymore. Now you have a paid membership plan which gives you 0 connects, but allows you to buy them for $ 0.15 each, with proposals "costing" 2 to 6 connects each.

This is the same for everyone. No more free connects and no more included connects in the agency plan.
