My Bank name and profile name did not match (the last name only used initials in the bank account)?

How to solve it?, all the upwork suggestion redirecting me to post a query 

my full name is Suresh Mendri , in the bank account, it is like M Suresh(that is how Indian banks takes most of the times). As it contains my personal information and account information I don't want to post here
