My Client Did Not Receive Testimonial Email From Upwork

Hi,

 

I have applied for a testimonial from one of my previous clients and he did not receive any email from Upwork in his Inbox or Junk mail folders.

 

Can someone please help me troublehsoot the issue? I am attaching the screenshot as well.
