My client accidentally added me as a hiring manager of their team. I tried to message him but unfortunately I'm not receiving any response. And earlier today, I receive an email that I was charged! Please see the screenshot I attached here. What should I do? Am I going to be charged until the client removes me from their client account?

Wait for the client to get back to you and calm down.
You haven't been charged at all. Your client has been charged for hiring you. You just received a copy of the email. So has the client NOT hired you as a Hiring Manager?

Correct. He created a new contract for our new milestone and next thing I know is he hired me as a hiring manager.
