Sana Ali here, Recently I completed the job Upwork and submitted delivery before the due date, but the buyer didn't release the payment nor asked for any amendments. What to do now?

And I am also facing a problem to get feedback I don't know how to ask them for feedback.

Do nothing.

After 14 days, all money in escrow will be automatically released to you.

Hi Sana,

Please keep in mind that clients have 14 days to review the work.  After 14 days the funds will be transferred to your account if no actions are taken on the milestone.
