My Client keeps disturbing me by calling my phone (dialer given to me downloaded to my phone app)

Hi, so my client hired me for calling job and have me downloaded a calling app on my phone for work purposes but over the course of a month, I have been getting calls to my phone during after midnight hours (call dialer says name of the company) ofc, I never answered any of the calls because I was asleep but I would get awaken up to these calls. Now, I ended my contract with this client (I didnt get paid for my 8 hours spent in calling and I never asked for it, I just ended it). Now, last night I got another call during wee hours, after I ended my contract with him. Do you think I can report him to Upwork for disturbing/harrasment? This client also caused me minus 6 of my JSS. I came from 100% to now 94%.

Yes, you can and should report this problem to Upwork.

 

Actually, some moderator or forum mansger will probably help you to create a support ticket.

 

If the client gets banned, the bad feedback will be removed and your JSS will go back up to 100%.

How do I contact a forum manager? I dont even wish to have the client banned but I wanted to see what my options are re: calls on my private phone at wee hours and if there is a way maybe where his bad private feedback be removed, i would have let it go like I said but there should be no reason why I still get calls after the end of the contract.

You can report it to Upwork.

Also, you can block his number. And if it is calling app specific, you can uninstall it.

It might be best to keep evidence of the calls received from the client.

Thank you so much for giving me insight. I honestly was just going to let go of my JSS suffering negative 6 points because I am thinking I can always find another client and have a positive feedback. But the call I got this morning during my sleep time was the last straw.
