Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that your billing cycle will start on 18-May, UTC. Please allow 24-hours for the connects to be credited to your account. If the connects do not get credited after 24-hours, please reach out to us, and we'll assist you further.

Dear Upwork's community,
My connects of this month shall be renewed since 18 may 2019, but so far it has not updated.
Please let me know if based on the new policy of Upwork that connects are no longer renewed, and the freelancer has to buy connects as the new policy enters into effect since 20 may 2019?

Hello,

I haven't received my monthly connects and neither have the possibility to purchase more.
I don't want to migrate to a higher membership plan.

My connects cycle was reset 2 days ago and still, cannot use the connects.

I need your help, my current billing cycle is showing Apr 18, 2019 — May 17, 2019, today is May 20th and my connects are not updated. It would be great if anyone can assist me asap.

 

I have never got such issue in my last 4-5 years working with Upwork. Glad that I am using this platform 🙂

Looks like your account has been moved to the new paid connects system. In the new system, Basic Membership doesn't include free connects. You can view FAQs about paid Connects and a video explaining the change from our Head of Product, here.

I am enrolling in Freelancer Plus membership. My Billing Cycle is in 18th to 17th.

It's been long time since the end of the Cycle, even in UTC time zone.

But still there is no charging from my card, and also, no connections in my account.

Hello. I've read the many articles on connections not renewing on time and the advice to wait a couple of hours. I waited for a few hours and still nothing. My billing month ended yesterday, the 18th and my connections were supposed to renew today, the 19th; it's now almost 1P Central and nothing is renewed. I have a question for You about my Proposals on UpWork.

 

I have Free Membership here and 60 Conncetions per month.

So already used all of that,but I should have new 60 Connections on 20 May 2019. 

And its 20 May,and still dont have any.

 

What is the problem?

it must be on May, 18 but after 2 days nothing had happened.
Several tickets and complain message, But still not resolved.

What wrong going with upwork connect renewal script.
