My Connects didn't get refunded :(

When i was bidding on a project i tick a radio button which said connects will be refunded back if Client doesn't hire and my connects didn't get refunded

You have to wait for the project to go inactive, which I believe means 30 days without client activity.  You will receive an e-mail.
