My Contract Suspended

Hi,

I was working on a contract. I logged my times using the Upwork desktop app. But I forgot to add memos to my work diary. 

Then I got an email from Upwork: Your contract is on hold. We have noticed some possible issues with your contact....

So, what is going to happen now? Will I be get paid?

The most upsetting thing is that I worked 4 hours as hard as I can and the client thanked me sincerely, but now I have this issue. This is very frustrating.

 

Here is the screenshot after I delivered all the necessary files:

The client is having issues with their payment. If they won't resolve it, Upwork would pay you the earned amount but you do need to fulfill the requirements, which includes having a meaningful memo. Next time be sure to add the memo.

I am relatively new to Upwork; it has been less than a month.

So, there is nothing I can do about it, right? If the client won't resolve the issue, Upwork would not pay me due to the missing memo. 

Did I get this right?
