Hi,
I've been on Upwork almost 8 months now as a freelancer and i was asked to verify my identity. I did so but i turned out my ID photo wasn't clear. I tried sometime ago and was away a little also. The link to the verification page has expired but i really need my identity and profile account to be verified for me to stand out during job search and submitting of proposals. I was asked to communicate the customer support but was directed here. Kindly help me fix this.Thanks

Hello Team,
I have uploaded my identity verifications documents. The status shows needs one business day to process.
I was waiting 2 days, within the next 5 days I have to complete this process, otherwise, it shows the account will be held.
Does anyone know a way to connect with a human agent instead of chat-bots?
Sorry, I have a lack of knowledge about the Upwork process.

Your account already has the “Identity Verified” badge. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you’re still experiencing the same issue?
