My Friends Account Suspended Issue

Hello Dear Upwork Support,
My friend name **Edited for community guidelines** who have agency name **Edited for community guidelines**. He wanted many times to contact upwork support but not able to drop you message. Please help him to revert his company account which shows suspended issue. When he click on "Contact to support" link than nothing happens. Following are the details of his company.
