Potential clients can be blocked.  I had to do this with a crazy man who hired and fired me within a week.  Several months later, he sent me an invitation to apply for the same job he had fired me from.  I was able to block him (after I sent him a salient response).

Stephen,

For permanent deletion (though not blocking), I suggest building your own search and porting it to a feed reader. The quality of "recommended" jobs is hardly worth the time it takes to wade through them.

I have found that the recommended jobs, or job feed (or whatever it is) totally useless.  I sift through jobs one by one.
