My Paid Still in

I have payment from my client but it's still in "in Escrow" from 2020 Jan 31.

What can I do to make my payment?

Hi Abdallah, 

Here's a helpful article for more information on how you get paid for fixed-price contracts. Make sure that you have clicked on the "Request for payment" button on your contract page, and have submitted the work to your client through this page so that the client is notified that they need to review the submitted work within 14-days. If your client doesn't come back within 14 days, the money in escrow will automatically be paid to your account.
