My Portfolio is under review for more than 3-4 days now

Please see the image attached and tell me why it is taking too long for my portfolio to be published? 
I want to showcase my work and my clients have no issue I have their permissions.

Hi Ayesha,

When you add a portfolio item and link it to a contract on Upwork, it needs to be approved by the client through the system. We’ll automatically email the client when a portfolio item has been linked, giving them three days to reject it. If they don’t reject it in the time allotted, the item will be publicly linked to your work history. 

I'll also ask our team to follow up with your report about the delay you are experiencing.
