My Profile goes private and I have top rated but upwork removed it, Please revert all things,

Your profile is set to "Upwork Users only" - not to "private"

Take a look at your My Stats Page

What does it say for "Recent Account Holds" - any number other than 0 means you're not eligible, as does "eligible weeks" of less than 13

Mohit: Top rated and having private profile are not related.

Private means you have not earned any money for the last 30 days or so.  You can contact CS or upgrade your membersip or earn money is you want to be visible all the time.

Becoming private is not a big deal.  They can still see your profile after you have submitted proposal.

Private means you will not be found in search results.  You have better chance of getting hit by lightening than found in search.  I am sure there are thousands of top rated freelancer in your line of work.

Hi Mohit, 

Recent account holds refers to policy violations or performance notifications you've received in the past 90 days. After about 3 months it will be removed and your account may be considered for Top Rated badge, as long as you keep your account in good standing as well as meet the other eligibility requirements. Once you qualify, you’ll see the badge on your profile and your My Stats page.

Your profile has not been "set to private" by Upwork, but as Petra says, can be seen by people who are logged on to Upwork,and if you go to your settings you can make it public again. From what I can see, you seem to have lost traction because you have not worked since April this year, and you have lost a few points from your stats because of a 4/5 rating. The other thing that could have brought your stats down further is a few dormant contracts which you should  ask your clients to close, or close yourself. If you close them yourself, do it slowly (one by one) after a successful contract. 

As to a policy violation, only you and a moderator would know this and this would of course, remove your top rated status.
