My Profile is not appearing in Freelancer Search Result

I hope you guys are doing well. I have some questions for you. 

1) When I search my Name in Freelancer Search option why my profile is not appearing. 
2) How can I get ID Verification Badge?

1. Your profile is showing under the agency your are in while searching.

2. Upwork is rolling the verified badge slowly among the freelancers. And you will be emailed regarding it when you are eligible for the process.
So, wait for the email.
The process has 2 steps,
I. ID verification
II. Video call verification

So you mean in order to get my profile in search result I have to leave the agency?
