My Profile stuck at 95% (waiting for 3-4 days now since I did the Readiness Test)

Hello, I get the notification that I am eligible for TOP RATED user.

All I have to do is to complete my Profile at 100% which I left at 95% for quite a while.

So the last thing I have to do is the Readiness Test, which I already completed twice about 3-4 days ago. Would it be possible to ask for some help in regard to this matter?

I have read on the forum that it could take a while before the % is updated but is 3-4 days normal?
