My Rising Talent badge was removed. Am I able to qualify for Top Rated?

I received my Rising Talent badge 3 days ago and today I logged in to find my job success score of 100% was there.
I know that when you have JSS; The rising talent badge gets removed but i only maintained it for 3 days not 13-16 weeks as required in being Top Rated.

Is there hope for me to become Top Rated in the future?

Rising Talent gets replaced by JSS. If you meet all the other criteria for Top Rated, you'll get that as soon as you hit 13 out of 16 weeks eligible.
