The problem is all the Criteria of Toprated badge is Fulfilled 

1. JSS 100%

2. Top Rated Eligible Week 13 out of 16 

3. 12 Month Project is above 1000$

But I am still not awarded with Top Rated Badge need Help from Customer Support
