My Top Rated eligible weeks are not updating

Keeping an eye for many weeks on Top Rated eligible weeks but still not updating as my JSS is increasing. Please help upwork.

Upwork system are not up to date in this sense as after refunding for few of my projects: I can still see projects in my profile for few days. If it has been many weeks then you must write to support.
