My Upwork account was limited.

I am a web developer who is located in brazil.

Two days ago, I noticed my account was limited by Upwork.

I created my account about 2 month ago, and have used it. Last 1 week ago, I added my paypal(my brother's) to my account and bought connections to submit proposal.

I am really not sure why my account was limited.

Please let me know about it.
