My Upwork to Local bank payment not received, 5 days passed!!

Hello,
My withdrawal from Upwork for my local bank was started on the 24th of June but still, the amount did not reach into my local bank until now.
Can anyone please let me know is this normal? Because this is the first time my withdrawal started.

Are you referring to withdrawal from another profile? You haven't earned any funds under the profile you`re posting from. Thank you.
