My Visa Card Is Not Being Accepted For The Membership - Agency Plus

Hi I wanted to sign up for the Agency Plus Membership Plan, And I have been trying to make payment since last two days however, the prompt says put another payment method...I have sufficient funds on my VISA...

And because of this issue, I may loose a project... 

I have also been trying to approach the customer support of upwork.. But no luck with that too.. And some  how I landed here..

Please help..

My be the card is domestic not for global use.check the card usabality .
