My account got suspended

My account recently got suspended for violating Upwork's terms of service. Looking through the reasons for the suspension, admittedly it was justified. However, I have explained myself to Upwork but am yet to receive a response on how long my account will be suspended, and how soon I can recover it and start earning.
Does anybody have an idea how long it takes to have my account restored?
