My account has been flagged for feedback pressure. 

My goal in making this topic is to get a little help from the Upwork Officials.
Since I'm new to Upwork and I asked a client to give me some good feedback on my work. But I did not know that it was against the Upwork policy to force the client about the feedback.
My account is now flagged. Please guide me on how I can prevent my account from being flagged.

But how can this problem be solved now?

I mean how do I know if my account is no longer flagged, or when my account will be unflagged?

It will never be "unflagged" and if you behave in such a way again you'll be removed from the platform. You are very lucky that hasn't been done yet.
