Hi, I have bought buy the connects to submit proposals today, by the way, a few hours later, my account has been limited all of sudden.

I don't know the reason. is this a general processing for upwork freelancer?

It says "Financial transactions for XXXX XXXX (29583694) have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support."

But I didn't receive any emails from Upwork. Very Strange.
