My account has been put on hold after failure to verify

My account has been placed on hold after I uploaded a driver's license. I don't know why it failed. How do I reverse this. I've only been on this site for a few hours. I used to have an old upwork account that I deleted, do they think there are multiple identities? How can it be when I deleted the old account.
