My account has been suspended, I have added my tax information

My account has been suspended for no reason given to me. I had made the account in 2016 but owing to other professional commitments, had not accessed the same since then. Today I logged in and I have a notification on top of the page saying my account is suspended and profile is deleted. Please assist me in getting my account and profile operational again. Thanks.
