My account has been suspended after changing profile photo. Anything I can do?

Please, anyone in Upwork who can lift my suspension up? It's really a tough process to have a government-issued ID here in the Philippines. Aside from that, I am  student and I partly depend my studies on working here in Upwork.

AFAIK you should be at least 18 years old to be able to work on Upwork (for obvious reasons).

That seems like the reason why your account has been suspended, and I don't think if you can work around it.

Sir, I have read the link you had provided regarding identity verification. However, I have none of those documents yet. Maybe I'll be able to provide a government-issued ID by next month. But about billing statements, I still live with my parents and so, all utility and credit statements are entitled to them. How could I resolve it? Please help.

 I believe bank statement is also fine.

Unfortunately, you need to have 2 documents in order to verify your identity. Once you submitted the required documents and reviewed, your account suspension will be lifted. Thank you.
