My account has been suspended and I verified him, Upwork sent me that all my documents are valid. But still when I go into my account, it's suspended and I can't apply to jobs.

Savo, wait a day or two.
After successfully verifying it usually takes between a few hours to a couple of days before an account has been un-suspended, those are two different processes done by different teams.
