My account is locked

My account has been locked to private recently and I tried to contact support.

The special contact link on my Find Work home page in the visibility section gets me to a general get help page (see the screenshot). I choose profile -> other, fill in the details and press "Next". And nothing happens. The regular "How can we help?" page without pop-up window is displayed and all my choices and entered text disappeared. "My requests" page says "No requests found".

I tried it in two different browsers without success.

Whatever categories I choose on the support page, it doesn't work.

The "special contact link" in #3 has nothing special whatsoever about it, so here's what you have to do:

  1. Click on "Get Help" in the lower-right corner
  2. Go to "Profile" > "Other" in the menu that comes up
  3. Type in your request to have your visibility unlocked
  4. Click "No" when asked if the automatic suggestions solved your problem
  5. Click "Submit Request"

I went ahead and requested the Customer Support Team to revert your profile back to public. If your profile is set to private again after 30-days, or sometime in the future, check out the options listed in the email notification or in the pop up on Find Work page to set it back to public.


I've also noted that you were having issues filing a ticket with the team and they will look into it further.
