Dear Team,
Currently, my account is hold with notification like this 'Your account is on hold. Verify your identity to submit proposals and withdraw earnings. Get started.'
But when I do this process, I received notification 'We are unable to complete ID verification at this time. Please contact support by visiting the Upwork Help Center to resolve this issue.'
I don't know how to solve this. Could you please help me.
