My account is still suspended after I completed My ID verification.

Hi Upwork team and everyone.

Some days ago, I got an email to verify My ID because Irregular activity. And Immediately, I uploaded all the documents (driver's license and bank statement), and all they are good. After that, I got an email to video verification and an upwork team member and I had video chat on meet google chat. Of course, She told me everything good that I just need to wait for an email completed and good luck to me.

But I waited near 2 days and no email response and the ticket is still open status.

What should I do?

How long I have to wait?

Have anyone get the same issue?
