My account is suspended.

Dear Upwork Support,

Please reopen the ticket again https://support.upwork.com/hc/requests/31588923 so that I can reply to that ticket. I was away becuase of Covid issues going here. So did not get the time to reply on ticket due to health issues. Now I am good and want to continue work on upwork. I will follow all the Terms of Service going forward and I will not hire myself from my client account if I will have in future.

Please help me to continue to find out the work on upwork in this pendamic situation where I need to work from home.

Hi Anshika,

 

Are you able to find the notification sent to your email address when your support ticket was updated? You should be able to reopen your ticket by replying to that email. You can reply right away with the information our team needs and they'll be able to review and assist you further.
