After spending days trying to contact support, decided to make ANOTHER account just to get my issue resolved. My original account disappeared without a trace. No email, no notification. My email was no longer recognized when I was trying to log in, and my profile just vanished from the search bar. Oddly enough, when I created this new account, my original username was taken. I've managed to submit a ticket in the last couple of days, and no one has responded. The only way to post on the community forums was by going through the trouble of creating a new account. Seriously, it shouldn't be this difficult to reach out to customer support.
