My account suspend

My account is in underreview. So I am going to close the account. But i can't close it. They say my account was suspended. I have never used upwork account. Even I can't approve my account. What's up? I can't understand. I really hope to work on Upwork. Could you tell me the exact reason? I am new to upwork, so I don't know the exact reason well.
