My account was suspended

Hi,

 

I got a notification that I need to verify my account, which I did comply with, and submit my ID and other verification.

I later received an email that my IDV was approved.

Now the message I am receiving on my account is, "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."

 

Please help.

Hello Dapo. I had a similar case not too long ago and I panicked...literally.

 

My advice: Do not panic like me too, rather what you should do is send a mail to support@upwork.com explaining everything in detail (basically how everything went down). 

 

Although I waited for hours for their response, eventually I got it resolved. Thumbs up to the team for curing my mini heart attack.
