My account was wrongfully suspended

I'm new to UpWork so I registered using my Google Account. Given the fact that my Google Acoount name is 'Code Warrior', it was automaticallly set as my UpWork name. I tried changing my UpWork name to my official name but my attempts proved futile.

As soon as I submitted my profile, I got a notification that my account was suspended. I searched on Google on ways of change one's UpWork name and I finally got a solution. On changing my UpWork name, I got a notification that the name change would be under review for 48 hours. I am currently stranded with no way forward so any assistance would be highly appreciated.
