My available connects count is zero.

Hello, how are you?

I am a new freelancer, this is 1st time for me to work on upwork.com.

i was just approved by upwork support team today. i appreciate upwork.com.

However, here is one issue.

Now i can see my available connects count is 50 on my profile setting.

but i couldn't submit any proposal on job proposal part due to available connects count is shown zero.

please help me why i can't use 50 connects now.

Change your agency membership to "non-exclusive"


There is no reason in the world for you to be an exclusive member of your own agency.

 

Then you can apply from your freelancer profile. To apply from the agency profile you have to by connects.

Hi Wang,

 

As an Exclusive member of the agency, you can only use the agency's membership plan. Because of that, when you try to submit proposals, it's only letting you submit as an agency member. The Connects that you see is the amount that's on your freelancer account, you just can't use them. The agency will need to change your status from Exclusive to Non-Exclusive and when you submit proposals, you can choose whether to submit them as an agency member or not.
