My balance only show the last invoice

Hello

I have been working for a 4 weeks now on an hourly contract. I was checking my balance when I noticed it is way less than my total earnings.
Actually it is showing oy the value of my last invoice noting that I didn't do any withdrawals since the contract started.

What should I do here?

Please note that your payment on Hourly contracts is processed as per the Upwork weekly billing cycle.
