My balance was withdarawn to an unknow account

My account balance was withdrawn to an unknown bank account. I even didn't add any bank account. Why I didn't get any mail regarding this issue? I also reported but they didn't reply. Is it a joke or what?

Someone must've gained access to your account. Your password was probably compromised.

Do you have two-step verification on your account for withdrawals activated? Every time I withdraw, I receive a verification text message on my phone (you can select email verification as well), and I have to enter the code that was texted to proceed. This provides a level of security in case someone hacks your UW account and tries to withdraw funds to his bank account.

Check on your profile which bank it was withdrawn to, or wait for a Mod to reach out to you here.
