My brother can't login his account. "Oops your password is incorrect"

Hi 

Please help my brother to log in his account. Yesterday he has got the first job and after that, he can't access his Upwork account. He has changed the password several times but nothing helped. He has sent a message to the Customer support with no answer.

Could you please reach him as soon as possible and solve that problem.

It seems it is the only way to reach him because he can't log in and he is not allowed to create a new Upwork account to write here.
