My card was accepted, but I still can't use Instant pay. It keeps getting rejected. Can anyone help?

It shows me that my card is OK to use. In fact, I was able to use it before with the same card, but now it continues to reject a payout. Moreover, I called my bank, Wells Fargo, and they said everything is good on their end. I need help please.
