My certifications still shows pending with Upwork Google

It's really annoying and frustrating. I have added my google ads certifications in the certification section and it's been almost 2 days, it is still showing pending with Upwork google. The ticket I raised is still showing open. Don't know where to go and whom to talk to about the same.
